LATE POLICY: *35 minutes: Your appointment or class will be cancelled and 30%will be applied. CANCELLATION POLICY: * Cancel 3 days before appointment or class time. * Same day, no call/no show or cancellation after 3 days will result in a 30% fee. APPOINTMENTS: * NO EXTRA PEOPLE * FOR KIDS ONLY 1 PERSON ALLOWED.☺️ * HAIR MUST BE DETANGLED AND COMBED OUT IF NOT A $30 FEE WILL BE APPLIED. * HAIR MUST BE AT LEAST 2 INCHES LONG FOR SERVICES. * ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. * IF NATURAL HAIR IS MID-BACK OR LONGER $25 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR SERVICES.
